Perils for Pedestrians Episode 116

 Allegheny Highlands Trail
The Allegheny Highlands Trail shares a right of way with the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad from Cumberland to Frostburg. From there to Pittsburgh, the trail follows an abandoned railroad right of way, including a number of long tunnels and bridges. When combined with the C&O Canal towpath, the trail provides an off-road route from Pittsburgh to Washington.
