The brick enclosure for a trash dumpster was placed directly in the path of the sidewalk along Mary Avenue in Waco, Texas. The fancy brick sidewalk has to detour around the fancy brick enclosure. When the gate is swung open to load the dumpster, it blocks the detoured sidewalk.
