How to bring Perils for Pedestrians
to your community

....it is easy!....it is free!

Photo - Video tapeLocal residents can put a program on the in their community! Perils For Pedestrians appears on public access cable stations in many cities across the United States. Thanks to a generous donor of recycled videotape, the program is provided free of charge to anyone willing to act as the program's "sponsor" and bring a tape to their public access station each month.

Perils for Pedestrians is a monthly program. If your public access station prefers weekly programs, alternative arrangements can easily be made.

Pursuant to Section 611 of the Communications Act, local franchising authorities may require cable operators to set aside channels for public, educational, or governmental ("PEG") use. See the FCC Cable Television Fact Sheet for further information.

If you would like to sponsor Perils for Pedestrians in your area, first check with your public access channel or cable operator. (There is generally no charge for this service). Then contact John@pedestrians.org to arrange for delivery of the videotape.
