Bicyclists take a ride by the Capitol Building on the final day of the National Bike Summit. The Summit brought together hundreds of bicycle riders, bicycle dealers, and their allies, to make their voices heard during the renewal of federal transportation legislation. Among the speakers were Linda Armstrong Kelly (Lance Armstrong's mother), Greg Lemond, and Representative James Oberstar.
